These Terms of Service govern your use of QuizLords, a platform for quizzes, puzzles, brain games, competitions and related services. By using QuizLords, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your account secure. You must use QuizLords in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use QuizLords to play games, participate in competitions, create content where enabled, and use other features made available by the platform. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, cheat, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

3. User and creator content

If you submit questions, quizzes, images, text or other content, you are responsible for having the necessary rights to submit that content. You grant QuizLords permission to host, reproduce, display and process submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.

4. Competition results

Scores, rankings, rewards, timers and other game outcomes may depend on game rules, technical conditions and anti-abuse measures. QuizLords may correct results or restrict participation where necessary to maintain fair play and platform integrity.

5. Intellectual property

QuizLords and its platform software, branding, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit QuizLords materials without permission.

6. Third-party services

QuizLords may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, communications and other infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of QuizLords from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

QuizLords is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuizLords is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, fraud, cheating, security risk or unlawful activity.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuizLords after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
